Congressional Medical Group's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members.
We are a full-service family practice and believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We use the latest information technology to help coordinate care for our patients. Together, we work to serve your entire family for all of your medical needs in all stages of life. Our team believes in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. At CMG we are a family, and we look forward to taking care of you and your family!

Membership Practice
Starting January 1, 2019, Dr. Sadikman has converted his practice to a membership based practice. This is a form of direct primary care. Dr. Sadikman will not be participating with insurance or Medicare. Instead, he will be charging a flat, annual fee of 2,000 dollars per adult per year, and 600 dollars for dependents. This annual fee will include and cover all primary care services for the year. This model of care will afford Dr. Sadikman the time necessary per patient to deliver comprehensive individualized care. The team at Congressional Medical Group is very excited about this change, and believe that it is the future of primary care, and will best serve our patients and their families. OUR STAFF
Jesse Sadikman, MD
Dr. Sadikman is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has years of experience. He is a Mayo Clinic trained board certified Family Physician. He graduated with honors from the George Washington University School of Medicine in 2000 and has been practicing medicine in Montgomery county since 2003! He is the Treasurer of the Montgomery County Medical Society. He also works with Aledade as a medical director for an ACO. Outside of work, Dr. Sadikman likes to play guitar and spend time with his wife and three children.
